Ewan McGregor is the star of a thousand films, most recently The Island.
To quote Wikipedia, “McGregor came to prominence through his role as the heroin addict Mark Renton in the film version of Irvine Welsh’s Trainspotting (1996). This role immediately followed his movie debut performance in Danny Boyle’s 1994 film Shallow Grave. McGregor has also been featured as the male romantic lead in Hollywood films such as Moulin Rouge! and Down With Love, and in the British film Little Voice. Jeon Ji-hyun is the Korean girl famous for My Sassy Girl and its sequel Windstruck. She also goes by the name Jeon Ji-hyeon or Wang Ji-hyeon and any of 왕지현, 王智賢, 전지현, or 全智賢.
Wikipedia adds, “Jun studied in the Department of Theater and Film at Dongguk University and began her career as a model in 1997. After appearing in a number of TV sitcoms, her movie debut came in White Valentine (1999). This was followed by a role in Il Mare (2000), in which the handsomely shot scenes at Ganghwa proved to be one of several factors contributing to the success of the movie. Her biggest breakthrough was in My Sassy Girl (2001), a romantic comedy that won her the Best Actress award at the Daejong Film Festival in 2002. An American remake of the film is expected in 2006.”
