George Carlin’s Seven Dirty Words
Unfotunately, George Carlin, the Grammy-winning American stand-up comedian, has passed away today at the ripe age of 71. Carlin is most famous for the “Seven Dirty Words” routine, which was important to the 1978 U.S. Supreme Court free speech case F.C.C. v. Pacifica Foundation.

Carlin died of heart failure, after checking into a St. John’s hospital in Santa Monica for chest pain. Some sample skits include Religion is Bullshit, White People, and of course, Seven Words You Can’t Say On TV.
