Full name Keira Christina Knightley, this Londoner is the star of the Pirates in Caribbean (1, 2, 3) series of movies. She has also starred in Pride and Prejudice, King Arthur, Bend It Like Beckham, and Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace.

Keira Knightley (born March 26, 1985 in Teddington, London, England) is an English actress, the daughter of Sharman Macdonald, a Scottish playwright, and Will Knightley, an English actor. She has lived most of her life in Richmond upon Thames.
She started to follow in her parents’ footsteps at an early stage, making her film debut at the age of nine in A Village Affair (1994). Her first major theatrical appearance was as Sabé, Padmé Amidala’s decoy in the 1999 release Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. Knightley was cast because of her close resemblance to Natalie Portman, who played Padmé. Her first major starring role was as the daughter of Robin Hood in a made-for-TV Walt Disney Productions feature, Princess of Thieves, first telecast in 2001.

Dear fans of keira knightley, i have to disappoint you with the fact that keira tries really hard to not read about herself in magazines. This is because there is not always written credit about het, and she mentions that she doesn’t need negative comments in her life because they won’t help her much.
Of course, this doesn’t mean you shouldn’t express your feelings about her, and be so enthusiastic to share these feelings. But the chance that she’ll ever read your comments is really small (internet is realy big by the way).
